REX MASTER-series planers
The REX MASTER series brings together Germany-built industrial planers. The range spans TIMBER MASTER, which suits both small workshops and production, and SUPERMASTER, built for continuous industrial use.
TIMBER MASTER
TIMBER MASTER planers suit both small workshops and industrial production, delivering a steady result across different wood species.

SUPERMASTER
The REX SUPERMASTER is a high-performance planing machine built for continuous industrial use. Designed and manufactured in Germany, it delivers surface quality on solid structural timber (KVH), Duo/Trio Lam, BSH, gluelam, CLT, and profiling boards at speeds up to 350 m/min.
Built for multi-shift operation and long-term stress, with working widths up to 1,430 mm and heights up to 500 mm. Every machine is individually configured to match your production needs.

Exchangeable Cutter Blocks
Both horizontal and vertical cutter blocks are exchangeable — tool changes are fast, and the planing tool never separates from the bearings. Bearing houses are identical to those on the REX SWK precision grinding machine, ensuring absolute minimum tolerances.
Lifting Spindles
REX lifting spindles eliminate tool changeover downtime. Clamp multiple tools over each other and use the REX Comfort control to select the profile. The machine positions the tool in height, width, and circle, and selects the correct cutting speed automatically.
